Bloom believes in the power of learning. Everyone learns in their own way. To this end, Bloom organizes (inter)national projects in which we create opportunities for experiential learning and the recognition of learning.

LUNG is an educational, counseling and career center, intended for everyone who wants to acquire an education, new skills, useful advice and thus expand their horizons.

TOIMI-foundation carries out coaching that promotes social and vocational rehabilitation and employment. We offer work and learning environments in which work and individual coaching is used to increase the professional abilities and work and functional capacity of the trainees.

Lahti Academy of Liberal and Fine Arts (ALFA; Finnish Lahden kansanopisto and Vapaa akatemia) is an institution for adult education. The school has its roots in the Nordic Folk High School tradition, and it continues to promote the core ideas of N. S. V. Grundtvig, the Danish founder of folkehøjskole.

Following our Grundtvigean heritage, we believe that learning happens across social positions and differences. The teacher learns from the student and vice versa in a living exchange and mutual teaching. We cherish multiculturalism and educate our students towards active citizenship. For us, education is above all for life: we bring forth life-long results.

The Institute creates international multilateral consortia, thanks to which it deepens the cohesion of Europe and promotes pro-European citizenship. The Foundation supports all Young Creative people who want to deepen their passions, publicize their beliefs and improve the world, even in an ideological outline.

The main goal of the institute is the broadly understood cultural and artistic education of children, adolecents and adults, mainly in the non-formal sphered.
